    The Special Education Department in Tornillo ISD believes in its mission to advocate for our students with special needs. We are determined to empower our students to believe in their ability to perform to their fullest potential. We are committed to providing them with the knowledge, tools and values that will assist them in becoming independent, lifelong learners, and productive members of our community.
