Notice is hereby given that Tornillo Independent School District, will accept proposals from qualified vendors with E-Rate SPIN numbers for Cyber Security services.  All services requiring a binding contract shall be contingent upon E- Rate funding approval by the SLD. All contracts shall expire on June 30, 20XX of the funding year regardless of the Start of Service Date. Tornillo ISD reserves the right to cancel and/or change service provider after the end of the funding year and will not be liable for early termination fees associated with a conflict with the contract's expiration date and the funding year's last date of service. 

Tornillo Independent School District is seeking cybersecurity services to address critical security gaps in Identity Protection and Authentication, and Monitoring, Detection, and Response categories and is dividing the listed cybersecurity initiatives into five separate projects due to the unknown costs associated with each. This approach enables vendors to bid on one or more projects based on their service capabilities, recognizing that not all providers may cover every project. Upon receiving proposals, Tornillo ISD will assess and potentially award each project to different vendors based on priority, cost-effectiveness, and overall value while ensuring total expenditure remains within the FCC’s approved funding of $45,000 for all five initiatives. Vendors may propose multiple solutions for each project.

Step 1:

Please download a local copy of the PDF documents found in the RFP Documents section below. If you plan to bid on one or more of the listed projects, complete, sign, and email the 02 RFP Acknowledgment Form to Erate@tisd.us. Upon receiving the acknowledgment form, Tornillo ISD will provide additional relevant details for each of the five projects to help vendors prepare their proposals or bids. During the 28+ day waiting period, all necessary communications must be directed to Erate@tisd.us.

Fill out a separate Request for Quote/Proposal Form for each project you will be submitting bids for and email final proposals to eBid@tisd.us before the deadline.
