The school counselors align their program with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model for Comprehensive School Counseling

Our TISD school counselors share weekly SEL lessons with the teachers. Also, in order to meet the needs of all students, the TISD school counselors also provide:

• Short-term individual counseling

• Small group counseling

• Classroom school counseling lessonS.
