 Texas Star Chart
The Texas Teacher STaR Chart is designed to help teachers, campuses, and districts determine their progress toward meeting the goals of the Long-Range Plan for Technology, as well as meeting the goals of their district.
 Texas E-Plan
All Texas districts are required to submit a new or revised Technology Plan electronically via the Texas e-Plan system. This online planning system allows districts to create, edit, and file an online technology plan. The online technology plan can then be reviewed and approved online. Schools and districts will receive an electronic approval for the plan.

 FCC The Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) was enacted by Congress in 2000 to address concerns about children’s access to obscene or harmful content over the Internet. CIPA imposes certain requirements on schools or libraries that receive discounts for Internet access or internal connections through the E-rate program – a program that makes certain communications services and products more affordable for eligible schools and libraries.
